Lift Your Future Psychological Services COVIDSafe plan Face to face services are currently continuing according to local health advice. You must check in via QR code when attending face-to-face appointments. Hand sanitiser is provided to be used on entry to the assessment room, and throughout the assessment. Masks are required to be worn by anyone over 12 years of age. Practitioners will also be wearing masks. Masks may be removed for certain portions of the assessment by both practitioner and client, this will be communicated accordingly. All assessment equipment is sanitised before and after use. Our rooms are cleaned thoroughly and frequently, and all surfaces and high touch areas are sanitised between clients Assessments are set up across a table as much as possible in order to facilitate distance between practitioner and client. We request that appointments are rescheduled if anyone is unwell. Our $50 cancellation fee is waived if a client is required to self-isolate due to COVID-19 symptoms or testing within the preceding 24 ours, as long as a rescheduling occurs at time of cancellation.
Telehealth services Lift Your Future Psychological Services currently offers Telehealth services for counselling and supervision services.
What is Telehealth? Telehealth is a service where psychological therapy is provided via a direct video and audio link between the psychologist and the client. Telehealth allows online sessions to be conducted safely and securely in the comfort of your own home.
How do I connect? Lift Your Future Psychological Services uses a secure program called Zoom to conduct Telehealth sessions. Zoom can be accessed on computers, tablets or phones; you will need to download the software to your device. You do not need to create an account to use Zoom.

Prior to your session you will receive an email with your session details and a meeting link. At your session time simply click the link to join your psychologist in session.
What will it cost? Telehealth sessions are charged at our usual session fees. Clients with a current Mental Health Treatment Plan can access Medicare rebates for therapy.
What about assessments? Assessments that require face to face appointments can continue in line with local health advice.
